Today I want to share the simplest smoothie recipe EVER! The only ingredients you'll need are almond milk and one banana!
I throw that into my blender and had a super tasty smoothie seconds later!
Especially when I'm in a rush I like to go for those kind of ''snacks'' to keep me energised when studying as I find it easier to concentrate if I have something to sip on next to me. I also find that this smoothie is quite long lasting which means that it stays fresh for about 10 hours and you can easily take it with you to Uni or Work!
Another benefit is the fact that you don't have to spend a fortune on fresh food since bananas are relatively cheap everywhere. (correct me if I'm wrong- I haven't been everywhere but it's on my list!)
